About Therapy with Me

I see therapy as a collaborative process in which I am sometimes a guide, sometimes a witness; and you are the expert on yourself. I support and hold space for you to develop compassionate relationships with all the different parts of you so that you can find harmony and balance, and live a more present and fulfilling life. 


 I use authenticity, creativity, compassion, and humor to create a space where you can feel connection and validation. My goal is to help you feel comfortable getting a little uncomfortable, in order to move into an experience of healing.
