My clients

I am currently accepting new clients who are individuals aged 13+ years, and couples/partners, including those practicing consensual non-monogamy (CNM).

Types of Therapy

  • Individual: A space where we will work together, primarily using IFS and/or EMDR, to find deep healing for you and all of your "parts". Each session is 50 minutes of one-on-one telehealth therapy.

  • Partners/Couples: Here I will hold dedicated time and space for you and your partner(s) to engage with each other to meet common goals for your relationship(s), using an individualized combination of IFS, attachment-based work, and skills building.

  • EMDR intensives: I offer extended 90-minute sessions for EMDR reprocessing, where you will use an evidence-based treatment to heal traumatic memories and may find relief from many symptoms.

Treatment Approaches

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) (watch a video about it)
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) (learn more here)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills: structured coping skills that incorporate mindfulness to help manage issues with emotion regulation, impulse control, tolerating distress, and relationship instability
  • Yoga, mindfulness, and meditation
  • Polyvagal Theory (learn more here)

My Identities and Allyship

I identify as a white, genderqueer, bisexual, neurodivergent individual. I am also an active military spouse.  Many of my clients identify as LGBTQIA+ and/or belong to historically marginalized communities, so I strive to be sensitive to issues of oppression, power and privilege. I consistently engage in dismantling internalized/learned biases, getting to know and work with my own internal system and parts, and furthering my learning so that I can competently show up for those who choose to work with me.
